Step 1 – Coat Fish
Start by warming up the oven to around 470 degree Fahrenheit while placing a wire rack upon a rimmed baking sheet.
Next move onto the fish and coat it with a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, then, place some plank in a dish to roll the fish in to add a smooth creamy flavor.

- 1 tbsp of olive oil

Step 1 – Stir Onions
Begin by adding the olive oil to a large skillet and bringing its heat up and then add the diced up onions and stir until they become translucent.

- 8 soft healthy tortillas

- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 1 thinly sliced jalapeno pepper
Step 1 – Stir Ingredients

- 1 small ripe avocado
Step 1 – Prepare Ingredients And Oven
Prepare the oven at 450 degrees fahrenheit.
Next, mix together in a large bowl the cauliflower, onion, oil, salt and chili powder and when ready, layer them along a parchment paper baking sheet and roast for about half an hour until deeply brown.
