- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp hazelnut flavor instant coffee powder (Optional)
- ¼ of a cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tsp honey if desired
Directions
- Combine the brown sugar, cocoa powder, and instant coffee powder together in a bowl, and stir these together until smooth and free from lumps. Fold the chia seeds into the mixture.
- Add the milk into the bowl, and stir well until the mixture is smooth with no lumps. Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes, and then stir. Repeat this process for around 20 minutes.

- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

- Add the coconut milk and almond milk to a small bowl, and then mix the chia seeds in. Add to the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours – leave overnight for best results. During the first hour, stir the mixture 3 to 4 times.
- Add the water and agar-agar powder to a small bowl and mix.
- Add the coconut milk to a pan and bring to a boil, before adding the coconut sugar and agar-agar mixture to the concoction. Cook this for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool, before adding to a blender. Add the strawberries, and puree the mixture until smooth.
