Today I am bringing your taste budz one of my VERY favorite recipes of ALL time.
It also happens to be one of the easiest snacks that you will ever make in your life.
AND, the best part?
That’s right, 30 grams of a protein in a snack that tastes like an Almond Joy Bar and a big ol’ slice ‘o cheesecake had a baby.
Yes, that is a very weird mental picture. Goin’ with it.
I have been making this Almond Joy Cheesecake Recipe every single night for the past 3 years of my life.
If you do the math, that is ALMOST 2000 times.
It’s THAT good.
Good like WHOA.
Whatever that means.
You know what, even my “Don’t-feed-me-anything-healthy-ever-I’ll-just-be-sitting-here-eating-snickers-bars-while-you-eat-egg-whites” husband LOVES this “cheesecake.”
In fact, he actually REQUESTS it.
It makes me a very happy lady indeed
If you read my blog, it’s no secret that I ADORE (read: am obsessed with) all things cheesecake, so that is how this baby came to be.
